Agape AI is a multi-faith educational and learning platform powered by artificial intelligence. Our mission is to foster understanding, respect, and dialogue across faith traditions.

By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or using any part of the Agape AI platform (including the Interactive Demo), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Agape AI provides AI-powered educational content about multiple faith traditions, including but not limited to:

  • •Individual faith learning modules for Catholic Christianity, Protestant Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Sikhism
  • •Interfaith Comparison Mode for exploring how different traditions address the same questions
  • •Daily Wisdom features, sacred text study tools, and educational resources
  • •Family learning features with age-appropriate content controls

3. Important Disclaimers About AI-Generated Content

Please understand the following about our AI-generated content:

  • •Not a substitute for clergy, scholars, or spiritual advisors. Agape AI is an educational tool. It does not replace the guidance of qualified religious leaders, theologians, or pastoral counselors.
  • •AI can make mistakes. While we strive for accuracy and ground our responses in sacred texts, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Always verify important theological claims with authoritative sources.

  • •Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • •Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or proprietary systems
  • •Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account

5. Intellectual Property

The Agape AI platform, including its design, code, AI models, curated content, and branding, is the intellectual property of Agape AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Sacred texts quoted within the platform belong to their respective traditions and are used for educational purposes under fair use principles. You may share AI-generated responses for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution to Agape AI.

6. Subscription and Payments

Agape AI offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agape AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agape AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated religious or spiritual content.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, particularly regarding user conduct. We will provide notice before termination except in cases of severe violations (e.g., promoting hatred or violence). You may delete your account at any time, and we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and, if you have an account, by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Agape AI after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
